Rule 90
Fixation of date of judgment

(1) If a case submitted and discussed before the bench involves a complex constitutional or legal question, the case requires further study or a discussion between the judges and the judgment cannot be delivered on the same day, the relevant bench may set a maximum time of one month for delivering the decision. .
(2) According to sub-rule (1) the decision shall be pronounced by the concerned bench on the date specified.
(3) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (2), if special reasons and circumstances arise, if the decision cannot be delivered on the specified date, another date for delivering the decision can be fixed.
(4) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in these rules, if for any reason the relevant bench cannot be constituted, such case shall not be hindered from being referred to the regular session.
